The PREMIUM recipe is named for the high quality of the prime materials that form it. We make it from pigs raised and fed in Mallorca, such as black pork (indigenous breed) and “cross” fence (black and duroc pork cross or Large White). One of the main features is that it has no preservatives and antioxidants are of natural origin.


The TRADITIONAL recipe is made from meat and bacon of the highest quality, with natural antioxidants, without preservatives and with quality paprika. All this gives it an intense and well-defined flavor, as well as a texture easy to spread.


We call this recipe CLASSIC as we wanted to keep the formula that the company used in its beginnings. The main feature of the CLASSIC is that it has a finer chopping. This gives it a softer texture and flavor.
