Cured Products

The making of the cured products that we prepare in Embotits sa Caldera sl starts, as all we do, with quality and care in selecting the pig’s race, meat and all the other ingredients that conform sobrassada.

All our cured sausages are prepared stuffing the different kinds of pig’s intestines (culanes, pultrús, bufetes, rissades, llangonisses, bisbes…) with chopped pork meat seasoned with salt, paprika and other spices

The cured products of Embotits sa Caldera sl are mixed and condimented in our factory, located in Sant Joan and then moved to our drying rooms, where they stay during the right time with the temperature and humidity precised by each one to develop properly and to achieve the desired quality.
